HOW TO GET HELP
Do you need help with transportation to medical appointments? Are you having difficulty with grocery shopping because you can’t carry the packages?

Sometimes tasks like these make the difference between someone being able to stay in their own home or needing to enter a facility where additional help is available.

If you are one of those who wants to remain independent and be able to maintain your dignity and quality of life, contact Faith in Action to learn more about receiving services from caring and compassionate volunteers.

You will need to complete a brief application to tell us more about yourself and how a volunteer will be able to make a difference in your life. Once the application is received in our office, simply contact Faith in Action to schedule appointments for services. Unfortunately, there is NO guarantee a volunteer will be available at the time for your request.  We will contact you with a volunteer’s name and/or to let you know we were unable to get a volunteer.

To get an application or additional information on our services, please contact Executive Director, Yvonne Verno at yverno@faithinactionwheeling.org, call tel:304-243-5420 or you can click on the Care Receiver application tab for an application.
